The Role You will play a key part in delivering exceptional service while driving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Delivering outstanding, personalised customer service

Driving individual sales targets and supporting store KPIs

Building long-term client relationships and capturing CRM data

Demonstrating strong product knowledge and styling expertise





Maintaining visual standards and replenishment on the shop floor

Supporting stock processing and operational tasks

Contributing to a positive, energetic team culture

Acting as a brand ambassador at all times

About You Experience in premium or luxury retail preferred

Solid communication and relationship-building skills

Commercially aware and target-driven

Confident working in a high-footfall outlet environment

Passionate about fashion and styling
