As a Lead Hand, you will guide and mentor Apprentices while diagnosing and repairing overhead doors and dock systems. Your hands-on welding experience will support high-quality installations. You will have essential documentation responsibilities and will ensure all equipment remains protected and operational for every job.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and support Service Technician Apprentices
• Diagnose and repair overhead doors and loading dock equipment
• Execute on-site welding and fabrication tasks
• Complete work orders, reports,



and site documentation
• Prioritize safety and customer experience in your work

Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Lead Hand in associated systems
• Proficient in welding for repairs and installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools
• Comfortable in physically active environments and heights
