The Sales Coordinator will actively engage with youth and parents, focusing on meeting sales targets and developing a robust client database through proactive activities. You will also play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback for improved experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve team sales goals through proactive phone outreach
• Call and email clients, promoting Trip and Camp initiatives




• Develop current leads and ensure follow-up for success
• Keep detailed engagement records in our CRM, Salesforce
• Work with other departments to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
• Outstanding phone communication skills for high-volume calling
• Previous sales or youth engagement experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Demonstrated ability in client relationship management
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred
