Miller Group is seeking a skilled Equipment Repair Technician (310T) to maintain our fleet and promote operational safety. Excel in a role focused on vehicle and equipment reliability.

As a vital team member, you’ll be responsible for servicing our diverse fleet, including trucks and construction equipment. Your tasks will include carrying out emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and daily service documentation, all while fostering a culture of safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and service diverse fleet vehicles
• Handle emergency repairs and onsite diagnostics
• Conduct preventative maintenance efficiently
• Maintain accurate service documentation in the shop
• Advocate for a safety-first culture and practices

Requirements:
• 310T Truck & Coach Technician License required
• Valid G driver's license needed for operation
• Experienced in hydraulic and electrical repair systems
• Must possess your own tools
• Experience with welding and road service preferred
