Salary: Based on skills and experience, our inside sales representatives currently have a base salary range of 50-65k.

Performance bonuses based on growth strategic targets being met.

Proven Ability to work as a productive team member.

Professionally take inbound and make outbound calls,



consulting with customers on their needs.

Accuracy in entering orders and quotes.

Proven excellence in ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

Electrical Engineering, Technologist, Diploma, or equivalent an asset. Will train the right candidate.

Participation in sales meetings and trade shows, as assigned.

Comfortable participating in joint customer calls with outside sales

Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred, but we will train the right individual

Legally entitled to work in Canada with no restrictions
