Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging training resources for various audiences
• Facilitate change activities across departmental teams
• Assist in creating bilingual content and managing translations

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields
• Prior experience in project coordination or training preferred
• French and English fluency is essential
