We’re searching for an Insurance Payable Administrator . This is a hybrid position based out of our Surrey, BC office. Are you searching for current possibilities?

Are you someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? At Westland, we’re looking for an Insurance Payable Administrator to join our growing Accounting Team. In this role, you’ll support the smooth operation of Westland’s financial processes through accurate payment administration and invoice processing. Working alongside a collaborative Accounting Team, you’ll use your attention to detail and organizational skills to deliver exceptional service and maintain efficient accounting practices.

Expected Compensation
The expected hiring range for this role is $52,000 to $65,000 based on a 37.5 hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Why We’ll Love You

You’re a taskmaster with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

You like numbers and people, with an eye for the details.

A natural problem‑solver, you enjoy troubleshooting issues and seeking solutions.

Proficient in MS Office environments and ERP systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new applications.

Post‑secondary training in accounting, with 1–2 years’ experience in an AP department.
