Job Description
The shuttle driver is responsible for transporting both guests and staff to and from the ski hill. The ideal candidate will have a solid customer service background and solid driving experience.
The driver must record daily mileage, ensure that LLSR vehicles are in good working condition, provide friendly and engaging service, and apply defensive driving techniques to uphold safety.
Job Responsibilities
Operate company vehicle(s) safely in accordance with the transportation policy
Transport guests and staff promptly and securely
Process paperwork and vehicle check logs accurately and in a timely manner
Keep the vehicle clean and organized, including daily bus cleaning
Maintain regular communication with resort staff while on the road
Provide high‑quality, friendly, and cooperative service to all departments
Assist other departments as required
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Clean Class 2 AB driver’s licence or equivalent, with a clean driving abstract/record
Three years with a claims‑free insurance history
Excellent listening, written, and communication skills
Self‑motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Proactive communication with peers and supervisors to ensure departmental success
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Capability to interact with a broad range of people and departments
Willingness to complete other tasks as assigned
Minimum 1–2 years of prior industry experience
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong interpersonal skills
Work Schedule
Full‑time role, including evening and weekend shifts.
Dress Code
Uniform shirt is provided at cost; you provide black pants and footwear in accordance with the appearance policy.
