Pursue excellence in residential construction as a Remote Quality Control Assessor at Hub International. Focus on evaluating current homes for building code compliance and quality standards.

As part of the Technical Services team, you are responsible for conducting site reviews and ensuring that construction practices meet regulatory standards. Your role includes reporting issues to management and advising on deficient practices while fostering relationships with builders and project consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed site inspections of construction projects
• Escalate and report high-risk findings
• Identify compliance solutions for builders
• Advise on building codes and quality standards
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments

Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience in residential construction
• Home warranty experience is a plus
• Familiarity with building codes and construction techniques
• Strong technology skills and valid driver’s license
• Post-secondary education in related field (asset)
