Rush Truck Centres of Canada is seeking a Parts Counterperson for its Ottawa East location. This full time role involves selling parts for commercial vehicles and equipment to customers directly and over the phone.

As a key contributor to our team, you’ll manage daily orders and adhere to health and safety compliance. You will maintain organized records and issue credits for returns. Ongoing training will be provided to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with OHSA regulations
• Set up orders for shipping or customer pick-up
• Keep detailed records of invoices and repair orders
• Process returns and verify invoices for accuracy
• Participate in training to stay informed on products

Requirements:
• High school diploma essential
• Six months’ experience in sales preferred
• Experience with SAP is beneficial
• Must complete a Criminal Record Check
• Driver’s Abstract required for all applicants
