We are looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can lead a crew, deliver high‑quality work, and represent our company professionally on‑site.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a small crew while actively performing landscaping services

Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to ensure high performance

Complete daily jobs efficiently and to company standards

Communicate with clients on‑site and address questions or concerns

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures

Prepare weekly reports on completed jobs and team performance

Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new crew members

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of landscaping experience (required)





Previous leadership or crew lead experience (preferred)

Valid driver’s license (required)

Must have reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced outdoor workplace

Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labour daily

Willingness to work occasional paid overtime

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour , based on experience
