Langley Christian School is actively seeking a part-time Exterior Maintenance Person to maintain the beauty and safety of our campus. Responsibilities include exterior maintenance, painting, and property cleanup.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our facilities team at Langley Christian School. This part-time role offers flexibility with up to 20 hours a week, playing a crucial part in serving our community of over 160 professionals. A capable worker with a collaborative spirit will thrive in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute exterior maintenance including painting
• Ensure campus cleanliness and maintenance
• Work alongside the facilities team for repairs
• Uphold safety while performing duties
• Remain active and engaged on-site

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 required
• Experience in general maintenance or cleaning is an asset
• Physical capacity to lift up to 20 kg securely
• Transparent conduct record check required
• Proven reliability and independence
