Food & Beverage Supervisor (Maternity Coverage 12 Months) We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor (12 Months Contract) to join our Food and Beverage Team. This role involves engaging with guests through Thomsons Kitchen & Bar, Bakers Coffee Shop and In-Room Dining. Experience and understanding of Food and Beverage operations including restaurant dining and room service; coordinate and supervise banquet functions; supervise daily operations of Thomsons Kitchen/Bar; assist with report generation, scheduling, payroll and inventory management; collaborate with other departments; adaptable schedule; ability to lift moderate weight; valid work authorization for Canada.
Responsibilities Experience and understanding of Food and Beverage operations including restaurant dining and room service
Coordinate and supervise banquet functions by preparing and organizing meeting and event spaces
Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of our restaurant Thomsons Kitchen/Bar
Assist with report generation, scheduling, payroll and inventory management as required
Collaboration of tasks with other departments and delegation of tasks to colleagues
Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business needs
At times may be required to lift a moderate amount of weight
Valid work authorization for Canada
Qualifications Valid Proserve certification is required
A minimum of 1 year of Supervisor experience required
