Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts for Executive Suite and Private Club clients
• Build relationships to retain premium seating customers




• Coordinate client requests and game day operations
• Track interactions in Salesforce CRM effectively
• Assist with special event ticket requests and logistics
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Experience with MS Office and CRM systems
• Sales experience is a plus
