Our Litigation Support team provides valuation and damage quantification analysis in the context of mediations, arbitrations, trials and other litigious situations.Skills And Attributes For SuccessAssist with the preparation of damages and valuation reportsAssist with the preparation of critique reports examining the conclusions of other expertsConduct economic and industry researchAnalyze financial and non-financial information, and report findings to other team membersDevelop valuation parameters and prepare financial models (i.E., discount rate and forecasts, etc.)Contribute to report writingTake an active role in marketing initiatives and eventsCommunicate with clients and legal counselPrepare for and attend hearings, trials and mediationsCollaborate with the rest of the VME and Strategy and Transactions teams on other value-added engagementsTo qualify for the role, you must haveAbility to develop creative approaches and solutions necessary to resolve complex problemsAbility to meet tight deadlines and work under pressureExcellent listening, verbal, written,
