This role is responsible for leading plant reliability engineering, preventative maintenance, and associated capital project activities to ensure reliable manufacturing operations.Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Propose, justify, design, procure, construct, commission, and support training for Preventive Maintenance and engineering projects across the plantProvide overall leadership, training, and supervision to maintenance personnel and external contractorsManage the plant reliability engineering team ensure safe operation, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvementDevelop and implement maintenance routines, procedures, and downtime elimination strategiesPlan, budget, schedule, and coordinate capital and engineering projectsProvide manufacturing engineering support to production operationsSupport and maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality audit requirementsDevelop and support energy management initiatives, including utility reduction and waste heat recoveryManage departmental budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and capital justificationCollaborate with engineers, production teams, technicians, and contractors to achieve operational goalsUtilize CMMS systems to manage maintenance activities and asset reliabilityMandatory Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
