Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure effective food preparation and service
Develop innovative menus that highlight authentic Greek and Mediterranean flavors while maintaining consistency and quality
Oversee food handling, storage, and safety procedures to adhere to all health regulations
Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Train and mentor staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and customer service excellence




Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation practices across all kitchen activities
Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and enhance guest satisfaction

Skills
Proven supervising experience in a quick-paced restaurant environment
Extensive food preparation and cooking skills specific to Greek and Mediterranean cuisines
Strong background in food service operations and restaurant management
Excellent team management capabilities with leadership qualities that motivate staff
Knowledge of food handling regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
Demonstrated ability to oversee kitchen operations from prep to serving with efficiency
