Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning style
Assist students with understanding core concepts, homework, and exam preparation across multiple subjects
Develop customized lesson plans and educational activities that promote active engagement and comprehension
Track student progress regularly and communicate updates to parents or guardians as appropriate
Foster a positive, encouraging workplace that motivates students and builds their confidence in their abilities
Maintain organized records of tutoring sessions,

Skills
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with children or adolescents
Robust communication skills to clearly explain concepts and actively listen to student needs

Passion for education and helping students succeed academically and personally
Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student requirements
