In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vinyl window systems to their optimal condition. Duties
Inspect vinyl window units to identify issues such as broken seals, damaged frames, or malfunctioning hardware
Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, or replace window components efficiently
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide repairs accurately
Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weather-tightness and energy efficiency
Perform restoration work including cleaning, repainting, and refurbishing window frames as needed
Collaborate with team members on complex repairs involving carpentry, plumbing,



or welding when necessary
Document repair processes, parts used, and work completed for quality control and client records

Requirements
Proven experience with hand tools, construction projects, or window repair is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of vinyl window systems and schematics reading skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
Familiarity with caulking techniques and restoration procedures for windows and frames
Construction experience including carpentry, painting, plumbing, welding or flooring installation is a plus
Knowledge of tile laying or flooring installation can be advantageous for certain projects
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues quickly and effectively
