Job Description
You will be a key team player reporting to the General Manager, involved in many aspects of the restaurant including maintaining and encouraging high performing teams and upholding tried‑and‑true systems and procedures while working closely with FOH and BOH teams. You bring professional, enthusiastic leadership daily and contribute to a warm, welcoming, rave‑worthy guest experience.
The Day to Day
Communicate the restaurant’s vision to all team members and leads by example.
Embodies O&B; values daily and inspires the team with an exciting vision for the future.
Monitors and achieves O&B; points of technical service and detail.
Builds and maintains relationships with guests, team members and senior management.
Creates, fosters and maintains a rave‑worthy bar program.
Demonstrates high personal integrity, business ethics and promotes the restaurant.
Identifies talent and conducts recruitment, training, development,
performance management and coaching.
Applies conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills and inspires others.
Uses business acumen to assist with sales tracking, invoicing and inventory.
Coaches management team to host briefings with service staff before each function or service.
Schedules service according to event needs.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of direct restaurant management experience in a high‑volume, fine dining environment.
Valid Smart Serve certification.
Passion for fine dining and premier event execution.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
Proof of managing multiple priorities with a calm, solutions‑oriented approach.
Strong business sense with experience in restaurant operations, cost control and guest service excellence.
WSET Level 2 (Intermediate) or equivalent wine/beverage knowledge required.
Able to work both a la carte lunch & dinner services and private events.
Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

This is a current vacancy.
Salary
Base: $50,000–$55,000 per year plus gratuities.
