Job Description:
#NowHiring Belcan is currently searching for a recruitment coordinator for our client in the aerospace industry, located in Longueuil. This is a 12-month renewable contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Post positions on job portals and other recruiting sources

Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Handle the hiring, offer, and onboarding processes

Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the process

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Work experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or related fields

Solid bilingual communication skills in French and English

Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
