Key Responsibilities

Enter and maintain data in our systems accurately and efficiently

Verify and correct any discrepancies in data

Generate reports and analyze data for accuracy and completeness

Organize and maintain physical and digital files

Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency

Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding data-related inquiries

Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures





Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar roleExcellent typing and data entry skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
