Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) - Permanent FT
Location: London, ON
Hybrid-model: 2d per week onsite (fully remote is NOT possible)
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
Deep understanding of data visualization tools, data modeling, and business strategy
At least 2-3 years of experience leading and managing a team of BI analysts and developers to deliver with an ability to lead and motivate a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data-related role[s] with relevant professional certification[s]
Proven expertise in Design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable BI solutions that support cross-functional business needs
Solid expertise in SQL and data warehouses and data visualization tools (eg. Power BI,



Tableau)
Experience with ETL processes and data modeling techniques.
Duties:
Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers
Monitor performance of BI systems and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop, communicate and enforce data governance standards and best practices
Creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable BI solutions
