We are looking for a Global Clinical Distribution Lead to join our Global Clinical Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end clinical distribution activities for a portfolio of global clinical trials, ensuring the timely and compliant delivery of investigational products to depots and clinical sites worldwide. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a diverse pipeline of clinical studies while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and patient focus.

Work Location: Mississauga , Hybrid (Only 3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities

Manage on-time delivery performance for network supply shipments to meet study requirements and patient demand

Actively participate and engage on Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), and ad-hoc distribution-related meetings

Drive resolution of operational and system issues impacting on-time delivery, collaborating with internal and external providers

Execute and coordinate network depot supply in coordination with the Clinical Demand and Supply Leader and other partners as needed

Lead and participate in cross-functional and internal distribution-related projects and process improvement initiatives supporting global distribution strategy

Execute with the highest level of accuracy within the CLARA system, performing 1st- and 2nd-level diagnostics

Operate within a GMP-compliant environment, ensuring adherence to established quality procedures

Process event records, including quality incidents, CAPAs, and Changes (Planned Events), as applicable

Requirements

Degree (BA, BS, MS, or MBA) in Business (Operations Management or Supply Chain Management), Biotechnology, or a related field





2–4 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, warehouse management, or another Supply Chain discipline, preferably within the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry

Strong knowledge of and experience with SAP / ERP systems

Experience working within cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile organizational models

APICS and/or SCOR certification is a plus

Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean training is a plus

Expected Compensation Range
50K-65K The final compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications , in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements.

Canadian Experience Requirement
No Canadian work experience is required for this position. Candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of previous Canadian experience.
