Key Responsibilities

Operate loaders to load trucks and fill feeder bins.

Operate loaders with various attachments (e.g., forks, shovels).

Operate loaders in various settings such as gravel pits, asphalt plants, or construction sites.

Ensure feed bins are loaded to the specified capacity.

Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment as required.

Adhere to all safety policies and processes.

Execute additional tasks as required by supervisor.

Required Knowledge and Experience





High school diploma or equivalent.

Three or more years’ experience operating loaders in a construction environment.

Familiarity with aggregates and the construction industry.

Valid driver’s license.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong awareness of surroundings and ability to work safely.

Self‑motivated with valuable organizational skills.

Ability to communicate courteously, professionally, and promptly with supervisors, co‑workers, contractors, and the public.

Team‑player mentality.
