Receptionist
A highly organized individual who thrives in a busy environment will support the Office Services Team by providing front‑desk and administrative assistance.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Greet visitors in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
Assist with planning social events.
Maintain multiple meeting room calendars and resolve any conflicts in a timely manner.
Organize meeting room catering for clients and colleagues.
Perform general administrative duties, such as processing expenses, scanning, faxing, and setting up access cards.
Ensure office supplies are well stocked and place supply orders.
Other duties assigned by the Office Manager as required.
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative or reception role, preferably in a professional services workplace.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with people at all levels of seniority.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing changes and interruptions while meeting deadlines.
A positive approach to learning, growing, and accepting constructive feedback.
Education in a relevant field is an asset.
Strong attention to detail.
The starting salary for this position is $48,000. The salary range reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. An annual performance bonus contributes to the total compensation.
