Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tire and Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will perform tire replacements, oil changes, and basic vehicle maintenance with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with automotive repair experience to develop their skills in a skilled dealership environment.

Responsibilities
Perform tire rotations, replacements, and repairs efficiently and safely
Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs according to manufacturer specifications
Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and communicate findings to customers or supervisors
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete service tasks
Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure tools are properly stored after use
Promote additional sales of maintenance services and products to customers

Requirements
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and components
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools,



and automotive maintenance equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds)
Basic understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

This position provides an excellent platform for individuals passionate about automotive repair to grow their careers within a reputable shop. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
