We’re hiring fundraisers in Toronto to represent some of the world’s most recognized nonprofit organizations. No experience needed – we're just looking for outgoing people with a genuine interest in connecting with others, and the drive to make a difference. If you’re looking for work you can start quickly, with guaranteed hourly pay and real room to grow, this could be a great fit.

Pay & Benefits
$19/hr to start (not on commission)
$20/hr after training/evaluation
Leadership growth can lead to $25–$28/hr, based on performance

Schedule

We do our best to offer flexibility around your life, school, and other creative commitments.

That said, team members must be able to commit to at least 3 full shifts per week, and at least one of those shifts must be on a weekday.





What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and reliability
Comfortable speaking with new people
Enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life
Able to work outdoors and on your feet
Able to commit to at least 3 shifts per week

Experience in fundraising, customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, volunteering, activism, education, care work, or performance/public-facing roles is helpful – but not required.
