We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a robust knowledge of veterinary procedures and protocols, and the ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced workplace.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting clients and their pets, collecting payments, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping animals.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of patient visits.
Collect payments from clients and process credit card transactions.
Maintain accurate records of patient medical histories and treatments.
Assist veterinary technicians with patient care as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
