As a key member reporting to the Senior Manager, you will implement maintenance best practices and develop training materials for VPAG and VPEL divisions.

The role requires fostering a team-oriented workplace and maintaining supplier relationships to improve service effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
Implement preventive maintenance across diverse locations
Document and streamline maintenance processes and procedures
Conduct audits of maintenance work and systems
Develop training tools and identify training needs
Manage relationships with external maintenance suppliers Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
