Responsibilities include routine maintenance of pools, HVAC units, and boiler room, as well as drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and responding to guest maintenance requests to improve stays.
Required are a high school diploma or GED, 2 years maintenance experience, and ability to work overtime as needed.
