Erinoak Kids Centre for Treatment and Development in Brampton is seeking a temporary full time Service Facilitator (37.5 hours/week) in a hybrid mode. This role supports the Clinical Administrative Support Services (CLASS) by guiding referrals to clinical and autism services and maintaining waitlists.
The position requires solid communication, organizational skills and experience with client data in Meditech/ISCIS. It is a replacement role with a 6 p.m. end-time on occasion.
