We're looking for a Sign Painter to join our team on a 6-month contract. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working with your hands, and have a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Prepare sign components and surfaces for painting and finishing
Mix and match paint colours to required specifications
Apply Matthews Paint and other coatings to a variety of custom signage products
Ensure colour consistency and finish quality across all projects
Review completed work for quality, appearance, and accuracy
Assist with masking, sanding, cleaning, and surface preparation
Maintain paint inventory and ensure materials are properly stored and handled
Collaborate with production team members to meet project schedules and deadlines
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures

What You'll Bring
Experience as a Sign Painter, Industrial Painter, Automotive Painter, or similar role
Knowledge of Matthews Paint products and application techniques
Experience mixing paints and colour matching




Strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing processes
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills
