Key Responsibilities:
• Guide individuals towards achieving their personal goals
• Perform home support including meal prep and care
• Organize and accompany clients on community outings
• Document daily activities and support progress
• Respond to needs during scheduled support hours
Requirements:
• Class 7N driver's license required; Class 4 preferred
• Must have reliable vehicle access
• First Aid and CPR certified
• Obtain a clear criminal record check through CLS
• Interest in person-centered active support methodologies
