Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise parts ordering and ensure timely returns
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks for service mechanics
• Create, update, and finalize work orders and invoices




• Handle customer calls and manage outbound ordering
• Address customer complaints and inquiries effectively

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• Proven parts ordering experience in an automotive dealership
• Experience as an automotive service advisor required
• Valid G Class Driver's License essential
