Westside Montessori School in downtown Toronto is looking to hire a patient, dedicated and caring Toddler Guide for the upcoming school year. Our vision is to follow the whole child and to nurture their love of learning. Our educators are dedicated, compassionate, intuitive, loving and nurturing.

Candidates Must

Have a diploma from an AMI or MACTE accredited training centre and be fully committed to Montessori philosophy, RECE an asset

Have a clear Vulnerable Sector Screening

Certified Standard First Aid and CPR-C

Be eager to be part of a supportive team

Have a deep respect for children and their development

Be a confident and effective communicator

Be versatile and have a sense of humor





Understand the importance of nature and time spent outdoors

Be looking to complete a minimum 3-year cycle in the classroom

Be prepared to arrange a series of reference check calls with former employers, colleagues and subordinates and the Hiring Team at Westside as part of the recruitment process
