Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child & Youth Studies, or a similar field. The educator should be well-versed in plant biology, gardening, and ecological principles to foster a love for the outdoors among children.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement outdoor education activities
• Engage children with hands-on, fun experiences
• Share knowledge on ecology and biology of plants
• Create a safe and enjoyable environment for learning
• Condense lessons into impactful outdoor experiences

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant educational fields
• Experience in child-focused outdoor education

• Comfortable working outdoors in diverse conditions
