CLASSIFICATION: ESTHETICIAN
In this role, you will provide a variety of skincare treatments and services, including facials, waxing, and body treatments, tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. You will also advise clients on skincare routines and products, ensuring they achieve optimal results. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of skincare techniques and products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and techniques

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Professional appearance and demeanour

Availability to work according to the schedule, including evenings and weekends

Additional skills such as makeup, eyelash lift, and brow lamination are desirable

Passion for the beauty and wellness industry

Perform skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing





Analyse clients’ skincare needs and develop customised treatment plans

Provide clients with skincare product recommendations and home care advice

Perform massage, nail, and eyebrow services as needed

Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including treatment rooms and equipment

Check if materials and products are sufficient and ensure everything is ready to welcome clients

Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare techniques and trends

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction

Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible client experience

Ability to sell service packages and products
