Manitoulin Transport is located in Melfort, SK, and is currently expanding to support the growing Agriculture and Mining sectors in northern Saskatchewan. Located 2 hours northeast of Saskatoon, with small-town charm and essential services.

Job Description

We are seeking a Class 1 driver for our Melfort location. The ideal candidate will be providing service to a well-established customer base.

Able to plan, load, and unload trailers, and use an electronic handheld device to record damages and shortages.

Pick up and deliver freight and use a handheld to obtain customer signatures.

Monday to Friday schedule with an average of 10‑hour days.

This is an incentive‑based paying location. Along with a great compensation package, we offer advantages, profit sharing, and a uniform allowance.

Qualifications

Class 1 license required.





Ability to complete proper pre/post & inter trips.

Knowledge of ELD (Electronic Logging Devices).

Knowledge of hours of service.

Knowledge of load securement TDG & WHMIS.

Physically fit.

Must have good customer service skills.

Must be reliable, dependable, and hard‑working.

Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check, driver's abstract, and 2 work‑related references.
