WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is currently recruiting an on behalf of a well-established dental practice in Vancouver that is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 5 years of dental reception experience who is looking for a long-term position in a supportive, collaborative practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, confident with dental insurance and treatment planning, and enjoys providing an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Monday & Friday: 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM

Tuesday to Thursday: 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM

4-day schedule may be also be considered

$35-$39 per hour, depending on experience

Dental benefits after successful completion of probation

Quarterly team development days, team meetings, and social outings

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of dental reception experience

Tracker software proficiency

Strong knowledge of the BC General Practitioner Fee Guide

Extensive experience with dental insurance, claims, and pre-authorizations

Excellent organizational, communication,



and multitasking skills

Strong English verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

Manage all front desk responsibilities efficiently and professionally

Schedule appointments and ensure each day is well prepared

Process insurance claims, benefit breakdowns, pre-authorizations, treatment estimates, and financial arrangements

Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team

Follow office systems while anticipating and resolving issues proactively

Help support and mentor a newer receptionist

Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
