The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Administrator provides administrative support to the HSE team by managing safety data, generating reports, maintaining compliance systems, and supporting operational and reporting requirements. This role ensures accurate documentation, effective communication of safety metrics, and productive coordination of HSE processes across the organization.

Day In The Life
Enter, verify,
and maintain accurate HSE data and generate reports using SAP HSE and related systems
Prepare and support HSE and operational reporting, including presentations, meeting materials, and rig performance data
Manage contractor compliance systems (ISNetworld, Veriforce, ComplyWorks), including documentation and onboarding requirements
Support cross‑functional teams by providing HSE data for bids, sales, and customer requests, and assisting with dashboards and process improvements
Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation, invoicing, meeting coordination, and providing backup support for HSE team members
What We Need From You
Minimum 2+ years of experience in an administrative or similar role; HSE experience is an asset
High school diploma required; post‑secondary education or equivalent office administration experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); experience with SAP or similar systems is an asset
Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated team player able to work independently while maintaining accurate records and supporting team objectives
