We are expanding our team and seeking a Claims Adjuster II. Your responsibilities will include analyzing clients' coverage, navigating claims processes, and ensuring effective communication throughout each case. A keen sense of analysis will support you in determining the merits of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in navigating civil liability claims
• Review and explain insurance coverage details
• Document interactions with insureds and third parties
• Assess liability through investigative findings
• Negotiate with third parties when possible

Requirements:
• Must have 5A Claims Expert certification
• Relevant college diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 months experience in claims
• Bilingual in French and English mandatory
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
