Responsibilities

Promote and educate clients on insurance products.

Anticipate and interpret client needs.

Complete various insurance transactions.

Answer questions at the frontline and communicate product benefits that best match client needs.

Conduct interviews and capture the right data to present opportunities.

Turn client concerns into opportunities while acting hands‑on as a member of the team.

Qualifications

Eager to grow with minimal sales or customer service experience.

Build authentic client relationships naturally.

Master time management, prioritize workload, and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.





Hold or be working towards an Insurance broker level 1 license or CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).

Auto insurance experience is a bonus.
