Position: Senior Java Backend Engineer (Agentic AI)

We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer (Distributed Systems / Agentic AI) who brings 5+ years of experience building large-scale, production-grade distributed systems. The ideal candidate pairs mastery of Core Java, data structures, and Linux environments with recent, hands-on experience developing and integrating Agentic AI tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable, distributed backend architectures using Core Java.
Implement and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows and intelligent agent tools.
Design productive relational and document-oriented database schemas.
Optimize system performance, data structures, and algorithmic logic.
Build, test, and maintain scripts within Linux/Unix environments.




Integrate DevOps best practices into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Solve complex system bottlenecks through rigorous analytical thinking.
Mentor junior peers and communicate technical strategies across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills
Primary: Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Distributed Systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Design Patterns.
Tools/Frameworks: Agentic AI Frameworks, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Spring Boot, Linux, Unix, Shell Scripting.
Database/Cloud: SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Document Databases.
Nice-to-Have: CI/CD, DevOps, Agile/Scrum, Docker, Kubernetes.
