Boss Security is looking for an experienced, well spoken, skilled Security Supervisor.

Must have a valid BC Security Guard License, be mobile with a vehicle, any security experience an asset, be comfortable with extreme situations.

Qualifications:
Valid BC Security Guard License.
Driving Licence and personal vehicle.
Very reliable and dedicated - must be evident in work history and verifiable through reference checks
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
Physically able to walk the site perimeter.
Robust, explicit verbal communication skills and English-language proficiency required.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
Technology use - must be able to call, email, text message, open documents,



and use security and time tracking apps on a company cell phone
Ability to write clearly (hand-write) information in a daily log when necessary
Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to inquiries from management and the client
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Cultural awareness and understanding considered a valuable asset.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
