Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of shop floors, display areas, counters, and customer service zones to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, storage areas, and other facility spaces by regular sanitation and waste disposal
Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or maintenance issues that require escalation
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or reporting larger repair needs to the appropriate teams




Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked to ensure uninterrupted operations

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance within a commercial or retail setting
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
Ability to follow instructions precisely while maintaining a proactive approach to cleanliness standards
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or additional duties as needed
