Join our dynamic auto body shop as a Shop Administrator specializing in Collision and Mechanical Repairs! As the central hub of our operations, you'll coordinate daily workflow, manage customer interactions, and support our skilled technicians to ensure smooth and effective collision repair services.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide transparent explanations of repair processes
Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines with technicians to optimize workflow
Handle all aspects of cash handling, invoicing, and billing accurately and efficiently
Assist customers with insurance claims and provide updates on repair status throughout the process
Promote additional services through upselling opportunities that benefit both the customer and shop profitability
Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts orders,



and customer interactions to ensure seamless communication
Support inventory management by tracking parts and supplies needed for ongoing repairs

Requirements
Previous experience working in a dealership or auto body shop environment is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand repair procedures and communicate effectively with technicians
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle sales activities confidently, including upselling additional services or repairs
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and collision repair terminology
Experience with cash handling, invoicing, or point-of-sale systems is advantageous
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting
