Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring effective food preparation and service
Lead and motivate team members to deliver top-tier customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
Oversee food handling and safety procedures to meet all health regulations and standards
Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS systems accurately and securely
Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff to build a strong, capable team
Monitor kitchen activities, including cooking and food preparation, to maintain quality standards
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety protocols throughout the restaurant

Experience




Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience in hospitality settings
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
Strong background in customer service, serving, and food handling procedures
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required; leadership skills are essential
