Job Summary:

We are seeking professional, alert, and customer-focused Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure setting for guests, staff, and property at our nightclub. The ideal candidate will ensure all safety procedures are followed while providing a welcoming and controlled atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized guests are admitted
Verify identification and enforce age restrictions in compliance with local laws
Conduct security checks and bag inspections when required
Maintain order inside and outside the venue, including crowd control
Handle conflicts, disturbances, or emergencies in a calm and professional manner
Work closely with management and local authorities when necessary
Document and report all incidents accurately and in a timely manner
Enforce club policies, including dress code and behavior standards
Patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or unsafe situations
Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety protocols are followed

Qualifications:
Valid security guard license (as required by local regulations)




Smart Serve certification or equivalent (preferred, depending on location)
First Aid and CPR certification (an asset)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
Professional appearance and demeanor

Experience:
Previous experience in nightclub, bar, or event security preferred
Experience in crowd control and conflict resolution is a strong asset
Background in law enforcement, military, or private security is an advantage

Working Conditions:
Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
Standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced setting
Exposure to loud music, large crowds, and high-energy settings

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
