You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You’re an excellent leader who sets a great example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Additional skills you can develop include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash controls, quality controls, food management, scheduling, leading perfect image, and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

All Shift Managers must
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Possess strong communication skills
Be able to stand for several hours
Possess strong cash handling skills (mathematics)
Speak fluent English
Have ability to oversee multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Have previous experience with Domino’s
